The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 11516 Baywood St., Minerva was sold on Sept. 22 by Brant M Phillips and Katelyn N Mohr for $325,000. The buyers were Phillip and Donna French.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,788.97, 0.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, six properties sold in Minerva.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brant Matthew Phillips has been registered to vote since 2016. Katelyn Nicole Mohr has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
