On Sept. 22, Lalith Jayasinghe sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 6409 Hampshire Trail, Liberty Township to Binod Khatiwoda for $430,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,730.32, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 24, 2008 for $280,201.

So far in September 2021, 36 properties sold in Liberty Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lalith Jayasinghe has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6409 Hampshire Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lalith Jayasinghe, 67, and Romaine L Jayasinghe, 61.
