On Sept. 14, Erica Lanzas and Pedro Lanzas Rugama purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 4328 Orchard Lane, Deer Park from Lucy L. Voegele and Michael B. Gillespie for $140,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 15, 2014. It last sold for $47,000.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Deer Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lucy Luella Gillespie has been registered to vote since 2002. Michael Bernard Gillespie has been registered to vote since 1997.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
