This property is one of eight sales so far in Montgomery in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Drew S Johnson has been registered to vote since 1999. Gwen S Johnson has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7562 Trailwind Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Erik D Johnson, 28, Drew S Johnson, 64, and Gwen S Johnson, 63.
