This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2013 for $2,000.

So far in September 2021, 10 properties sold in North College Hill.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2011 Catalpa Ave., N. College Hill as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jernisha Mineiko Behanan, 39, Victoria F Williams, 41, and Evelyn Michelle Jenkins, 57.
