On Sept. 16, Andrew Carrier purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 3809 Camden Ave., Fairfax from Grant Dryden for $250,000.

The last time this home sold was June 17, 2014. It last sold for $96,000.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Fairfax.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Grant a Dryden has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3809 Camden Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carly D Rose, 35, and Grant a Dryden, 35.
