On Sept. 16, Marcus T. and Chana D Crystal purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2203 Section Road, Amberley Village from Joseph and Miriam Ottensoser for $315,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 5, 2007 for $156,000.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Amberley Village.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Joseph Ottensoser has been registered to vote since 2006. Miriam Ottensoser has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
