Dorando Investments LLC acquires 10236 October Drive, Northgate

On Sept. 16, Dorando Investments LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 10236 October Drive, Northgate to Jackelin Noh Cucum Velasquez for $164,900.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 20, 2010. It last sold for $49,500.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Northgate.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jodi Elizabeth Haynes, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 10236 October Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
