On Sept. 16, Woodland 401K Plan purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2378 Flora St., Cincinnati from Kaanapali Renovations LLC for $175,000.

This home last sold on June 2, 2016 for $16,650.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 2378 Flora St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tyrone Charles Wooten, 46, Eugene L Gibson, 39, Odessa Hightower, 62, Kimberly Lattimore, 61, Kimberly Y McCullough, 39, Karen McCullough, 65, and Amy M Cotterman, 36.
