On Sept. 9, Stephanie I Gans purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3659 Brotherton Road, Cincinnati from Christopher R. Gunnels for $498,900.

This home last sold on April 1, 2019 for $425,000.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3659 Brotherton Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: James J Lins, 38, Jonathan G Virgi, 36, and Jennifer Starks Talbott, 41.
