The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1713 Wittenberg Drive, Loveland was sold on Sept. 7 by Adam Engel for $240,000. The buyer was Rebekah Griffith.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 27, 2017. It last sold for $60,100.

So far in September 2021, six properties sold in Loveland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Adam Trevor Engel has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1713 Wittenberg Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jaime Loren Engel, 28, and Adam Trevor Engel, 29.
