The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,239.99, 1.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $37,900 on May 14, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 160 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Migeal a Reese, 35, was the only registered voter residing at 2040 Woodland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
