The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $837.18, 0.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 160 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State,

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2310 Hiawatha Park Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew Edward Herbster, 27, Hannah M Herbster, 30, and April Gay Herbster, 61.
