On Sept. 24, Michelle Joy Douglas and Michelle Joy Strukelj sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 12912 Erwin Ave., Cleveland to Noah Freehoffer for $110,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,280.40, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 221 properties sold in Cleveland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 12912 Erwin Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura E Estep, 34, and Anthony L Seagro, 34.
