This home last sold on May 3, 2021 for $69,000.

So far in September 2021, 44 properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 4274 Paul Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nathan Andrew May, 32, Kathleen Conn, 71, Cheryl Darlene Brannon, 73, William Allen Brannon, 70, Arlene Inman, 90, and Julie Alma Flanders, 52.
