Jack Lu LLC acquires 6805 Van Kirk Ave., Cincinnati

On Sept. 23, John Scott Young and Barr Young Linda sold their four bedroom, four bathroom home at 6805 Van Kirk Ave., Cincinnati to Jack Lu LLC for $140,000.

This home last sold on April 2, 2014 for $52,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6805 Van Kirk Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Debra a Marshall, 62, and Horace Edward Marshall, 61.
