On Sept. 22, Samir F Chandiwala and Sarah Y. Taufique sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 105 Juergens Ave., Cincinnati to Steven J. and Amy Nicole Hornsberger for $375,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 3, 2016. It last sold for $179,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Samir Farook Chandiwala has been registered to vote since 2015. Sarah Yasmin Taufique has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
