On Sept. 22, Elaine T. and Michael L. Beitenhaus sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3056 Ramona Ave., Cincinnati to Mark W. and Lauren Nicole Hammersmith Friedmann for $235,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michael L Beitenhaus has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3056 Ramona Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elaine Trotta Beitenhaus, 69, and Michael L Beitenhaus, 71.
