On Sept. 14, Jamel Canady sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1849 Fairmount Ave., Cincinnati to Mod-Rs Holdings LLC for $63,000.

This property is one of 408 sales so far in Cincinnati in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Scott K Lewis, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 1849 Fairmount Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
