On Sept. 23, Eleuterio Santizo Sanchez purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3741 Laclede Ave., Cincinnati from Meyer Management Inc. for $74,000.

This property is one of 408 sales so far in Cincinnati in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3741 Laclede Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Davinity Destiny Marteniq Williamson, 25, and Tonia Y Criswell, 52.
