David Laxton sells 2424 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati

On Sept. 21, Maria Perdikakis purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2424 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati from David Laxton for $215,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2424 Glenway Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Weeda L Palmore, 60, Charles a Brewton, 60, and Dominic Horatio Brewton, 62.
