The commercial property at 6224 Kennedy Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 23 by Kendra Broadwater for $215,000. The buyer was William R. Yee.

This commercial property last sold on Oct. 18, 2013 for $64,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 6224 Kennedy Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shore Grae Crawford, 28, Juliann Christine Scholl, 50, Jeff Edress Hayes, 62, Michael Lewis Watkins, 70, Rhonda Reid, 54, and Michael L Watkins, 25.
