On Sept. 20, Christian D. Quincy purchased a property at 2200 Ravine St., Cincinnati from Quinn Taylor Savage for $270,000.

This property last sold on Jan. 4, 2017 for $143,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were nine registered voters residing at 2200 Ravine St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rodney Aaron Battle, 45, Andre D Sims, 58, Kenetra M Phelps, 28, Willie J Miller, 73, Jamal Freeman, 33, Jesse Jb Beamon, 59, Crystal Ashanttey Carter, 27, Debra Kay Milton, 67, and Kaitlinn S Moss, 30.
