Juan Pedro M. and Sylvie Daubar-San Juan San acquire 858 Academy Ave., Cincinnati

On Sept. 9, Juan Pedro M. and Sylvie Daubar-San Juan San purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 858 Academy Ave., Cincinnati from Mark A. and Cynthia A. Armstrong for $194,500.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 858 Academy Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathy Lee Lewis, 55, and Pamela S Dixon, 69.
