The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1869 Walker St., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 22 by Christie M Denton for $500,000. The buyers were Christophr Jerome and Kelly Hinds Michelsen.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Christie M Denton has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1869 Walker St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leanna Kay Darland, 33, Randall R Sakai, 62, and Christie M Denton, 32.
