The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,686.48, 1.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 16, 2007 for $49,500.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Monroe.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, John Lawrence Ucker has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 505 Brookhurst Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Linda a Ucker, 59, and John Lawrence Ucker, 73.
