On Oct. 5, Melissa and Rodney Ruble purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 7824 Ravenna Ave., Waynesburg from Joyce M. Snyder for $165,100.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,319.33, 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Waynesburg.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Joyce M Snyder (87) has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
