On Oct. 4, Antoinette L Jones purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1900 Kermit Ave., Columbus from Cheryl and Larry Goldberg and Jeff, Kevin, Mark, Steven and Susan B. Harris for $165,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $622.42, 0.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 27 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Steven C Harris has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1900 Kermit Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Steven C Harris, 68, and Karyl G Harris, 88.
