The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 12145 Chesterdale Road, Springdale was sold on Sept. 20 by Shelly Adams for $199,489. The buyer was Ashley Hyden.

This home last sold on Dec. 7, 2009 for $72,000.

So far in September 2021, 11 properties sold in Springdale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shelly M Adams has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12145 Chesterdale Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ramsey Pride Adams, 28, and Shelly M Adams, 50.
