The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2577 Haverknoll Drive, Pleasant Run was sold on Sept. 29 by Gabrielle Keller for $172,500. The buyer was Julio Felix Rodriguez.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Pleasant Run.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Gabrielle Keller has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2577 Haverknoll Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gabrielle Keller, 32, and Dustin M Ferdon, 32.
