On Sept. 13, Steven C. and Mary C. Hunt purchased a property at 2286 Morning Watch, Anderson Township from Michael G. and Debra A. Nelson for $620,000.

This property last sold on July 8, 2014 for $532,343.

So far in September 2021, 61 properties sold in Anderson Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michael G Nelson has been registered to vote since 2017. Debra Anne Nelson has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2286 Morning Watch as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna a Wilson, 92, Michael G Nelson, 66, and Debra Anne Nelson, 69.
