On Sept. 30, M2 Proprietors LLC purchased a eight bedroom, four bathroom home at 935 Elberon Ave., Cincinnati from Mahmoud K Manesh for $62,500.

This home last sold for $11,000 on Aug. 11, 2008.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 935 Elberon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles R Davis, 44, Martin M Davis, 42, and Ryann D Jones, 34.
