Canton median home prices fell by 6.9% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Canton fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 249 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 201 homes sold in Canton in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
