Franklin home prices fell in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Franklin fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 23.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Franklin in September 2020.
