September 2021: Elyria experienced a 7.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Elyria rose by $8,600 while total sales increased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $113,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Elyria in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
