Uniontown median home prices rose by 9% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Uniontown rose by $19,250 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 9% increase over the $214,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Uniontown in September 2020.
