September 2021: Home prices in Avondale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Avondale rose by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 29.6% increase over the $189,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Avondale in September 2020.
