Pricing for the median home in Plain increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Plain rose by $15,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,950 - a 16% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Plain in the third quarter of 2020.
