Falling home prices in Navarre in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Navarre fell by $2,050 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,950 - a 1.2% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Navarre in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
