Home prices decreased in Pleasant Plain during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pleasant Plain fell by $145,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 50% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,317, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
