Rising home prices in Sheffield Lake in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sheffield Lake rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Sheffield Lake in the third quarter of 2020.
