Deerfield Township home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Deerfield Township rose by $24,181 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,931 - a 7.4% increase over the $327,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Deerfield Township in the third quarter of 2020.
