Avon median home prices rose by 10.3% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Avon rose by $33,800 while total sales remained unchanged with 111 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,700 - a 10.3% increase over the $327,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Avon in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
