Lake Cable home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lake Cable rose by $120,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 75% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lake Cable in the third quarter of 2020, as well.
