The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3915 Lovell Ave., Cheviot was sold on Oct. 1 by Shannon Angelina Nastold for $107,000. The buyer was Sfr3 000 LLC.

This home last sold for $40,000 on Feb. 21, 2014.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cheviot as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shannon a Nastold has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3915 Lovell Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Austin Nastold, 33, Scarlett Megan Nastold, 30, Steven Rey Liening, 40, and Shannon a Nastold, 36.
