On Oct. 1, Jason Jonovski sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3746 Regent Ave., Norwood to Jay D Jansen for $350,000.

This home last sold for $148,000 on May 1, 2018.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Norwood as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jason Trajan Jonovski has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3746 Regent Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley M Schleben, 29, Jason Trajan Jonovski, 33, Merrel Hargis, 80, and Josh W Howard, 40.
