The five bedroom, two bathroom home at 4335 Floral Ave., Norwood was sold on Oct. 5 by Tyler W. Beard for $388,000. The buyers were Benjamin David and Lindsay Ann Damrow Grombala.

This home last sold on July 24, 2014 for $135,000.

So far in October 2021, four properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Tyler W Beard has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4335 Floral Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Katherine Rose McDermott, 31, and Tyler W Beard, 32.
