On Oct. 7, Lape MacKenzie & Kiel Fizet purchased a property at 1819 Goodman Ave., N. College Hill from Harold Wayne Girten for $52,000.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in North College Hill as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Harold W Girten has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1819 Goodman Ave., N. College Hill as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brad Thomas Girten, 35, and Harold W Girten, 78.
