On Oct. 4, Ride and Shine LLC sold their property at 8397 Banbury St., Cincinnati to Marvin Tristin Sr. for $178,000.

So far in October 2021, 62 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Theresa L Tomlin, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 8397 Banbury St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
