Home prices decreased in Evendale during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Evendale fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $381,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Evendale in September 2020.
